STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
7 to 15 business days (Depending on country) once dispatched
Some of your items may be shipped separately.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders may take 1-3 business days to process after placing the order. Weekends are not considered business days.
Due to excessive orders, processing times may take longer than expected. During peak season, we do kindly ask that you allow us up to 5 business days to fulfill your order.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, you may email our customer service team at any time!
Unexpected delays
In some instances, some deliveries may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. We thank you for being patience and understanding with us.
Risk of Loss
Please note that all purchases made on Romy & Co. are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss is passed upon to the customer once a delivery has successfully been made by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the tracking states that it is delivered.
